With classic cool-climate character and hailing from two premiere vineyards in the region, this Syrah is truly the sum of its parts. A moderate and even growing season allowed us to pinpoint the perfect point of harvest. Fermented with 75% whole clusters and aged in neutral oak, this is a complex yet approachable wine, offering tons of pleasure and diversity at the table.

Tasting Profile

Black pepper, florals and dark fruits on the nose, continuing through the palate with herbaceous and meaty complexity. Finishes with a mouthwatering acid structure and silky tannins.

SOIL: Weathered sandstone, loam, shale

HARVEST: October 11, 23.2 Brix

FERMENTATION: Native yeast lasting 12 days, 75% whole-cluster

MATURATION: 10 months in neutral oak barrels

ALCOHOL: 13.6% by volume

FINISHED ACIDITY: 3.46 pH, 6.0 G/L TA
